FATHER... SON... HOLY SPIRIT... AFRESH!

This morning my son and I got to spend the morning reading the Word of God together and enjoying an awesome view over the ocean. The looks we were getting and all the smiles as they walked by seeing my son reading the Word showed even though they might not have been believers, they appreciated the gesture of teaching the youth about righteous things. A man even stopped by and asked what the word of the day was and my son got to share what he had learned about... and he said the greatest commandment of all was to love God and one another and if we obey Jesus we will remain in His love. The greatest things in this life is not the accomplishments and all the accolades you can achieve but to know you are passing on the Word of God to the next generation. Now that's AFRESH!

AFRESH ON THE RUNWAY....

This weekend Afresh was blessed to be a part of the fashion show at Word of Life Christian Center. It was a successful event with a good turn out but unfortunately your mans dropped the ball and forgot my camera so I don't have pics to show you. All I can say is the Afresh segment wrecked shop and did the thing up in the house. Some of the Blessing Crew boys and a few girls from SMPA blessed the segment with a choreographed routine to "FREEZE" by T-Pain. It was so poppin' that Pastor Art and Kuna wanted to bless the congregation with the routine and showed it at the 9, 11am and 6pm service the next day. I did bring my camera the next day so here is one of the dancers. Stay tuned til' the next Afresh post. PLEASE....FOLLOW THE SIGN

The Way .....  in John 14:6 Jesus said "I am the way, the truth , and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." The word "the" is the key word, it says that Jesus is the only way to the Father. It does not leave any room for questioning, it declares that there is only one way. The new release depicts a one way sign but the word "one" is replaced by the word "the", it also has an AFRESH sticker and Jesus' name tagged. On the back right bottom another style of a one way sign has the scripture that inspired the design. The first followers of Jesus were called the "followers of the Way". Instead of following a religion, which can sometimes distract us... become a follower of the Way which comes through a one on one relationship with Jesus, our Lord and Savior.
